Plays on every phone
TikTok stores some videos in more than one format. PostDown chooses H.264 first, because it plays on iPhones, Android phones and computers without extra apps, and falls back to another format only when there's no H.264 version.

Is the watermark removed?
PostDown saves the version of the video TikTok provides without its watermark. It doesn't edit or crop the video.
Can I download TikTok photo slideshows?
Not yet. Photo slideshows aren't supported; paste the link of a video.
Can I save only the sound as MP3?
No. PostDown saves the video as it is and doesn't convert it to audio.
Do short links from the app work?
Yes. Links like vm.tiktok.com/… and vt.tiktok.com/… are opened to find the video they point to.
Why can't a video be opened?
It may be private, deleted, or limited to some countries. TikTok also limits requests at busy times; wait a minute and try again.
Can I download a whole account?
No. Paste the link of one video at a time.
