About PostDown
PostDown saves the photos and videos of public posts from Instagram, Threads, Facebook, X (Twitter) and TikTok. Paste a link and get the files, in the quality the platform provides.
How it works
PostDown opens the post the way anyone who isn't logged in can. It never logs in, never uses your accounts or cookies from those platforms, and never gets around a platform's protections, so only public posts work. The files are prepared on our server, sent only to you, and deleted within an hour.
Free, with limits
Every quality is free to save. To keep it that way for everyone, each connection has a daily limit.
Independent service
PostDown is an independent service. It isn't affiliated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, X or Threads.
